Confirm the account before sending money
Match the activation notice to the evaluation account, email and account size you actually passed. If a notice refers to another account or person, ask support to clarify ownership before paying.
Keep each trader’s account under their own login and email. This avoids sending credentials or payment instructions to the wrong person and helps account verification remain consistent.
Know the amount and the purpose
MixFunded PAPP activation fees at standard prices are $150 for $50K, $260 for $100K, $520 for $250K and $999 for $500K. The entry fee is a separate earlier payment.
Activation pays for the post-pass funded-account step; the simulated account balance is not money paid into your bank or wallet. Paying the fee does not guarantee future trading profits or rewards.
Card payment: distinguish pending from confirmed
Use the official account-specific invoice link. Save the payment confirmation and check that the invoice shows payment completed. A bank authorization can appear before a transaction is successfully completed.
If the invoice still shows unpaid while your bank shows a deduction, contact support with the account identifier and payment reference. Do not pay repeatedly just to resolve an unclear status.
Crypto payment: retain the transaction evidence
Use the network, currency and receiving address shown in the official portal. Preserve the transaction ID and submit it through the account’s payment flow. Never share a wallet recovery phrase with support.
A submitted transaction still needs verification. Tell support which evaluation the transfer is for so the payment is matched to the correct activation, especially if you have more than one passed account.
Credentials and account setup come next
After payment confirmation, check your registered email and dashboard for the funded-account details. Use the newly issued credentials rather than assuming that the evaluation login remains the funded login.
If payment is confirmed but credentials have not arrived, contact support with the account ID and payment reference. Human support is available by WhatsApp or support@mixfunded.com; do not send full card details or account passwords.
Read reward rules before starting funded trading
PAPP publishes an 80/20 profit split, with eligible approved rewards processed on Mondays in USDT TRC-20. At least three trading days are required between reward requests, and the drawdown rules continue to apply.
Do not change the issued MT4/MT5 passwords yourself. Support must handle resets so account monitoring continues. Check the full rulebook for verification requirements and restrictions before requesting a reward.
