Account Rolling Policy

Última atualização: June 11, 2026

Account rolling is any pattern of behaviour that treats MixFunded challenges as a lottery or risk-transfer device rather than a fair evaluation of individual trading skill. It undermines the integrity of the evaluation and puts other traders at a disadvantage.

What counts as account rolling

  • Purchasing a large number of challenges with the explicit goal of sacrificing most accounts while hoping a small minority pass.
  • Running opposing positions (long on one account, short on another) on the same or correlated instruments so that at least one account survives, regardless of market direction.
  • Applying oversized, un-risk-managed, or lottery-style strategies across multiple accounts simultaneously, treating drawdown limits as acceptable losses rather than risk boundaries.
  • Creating accounts under different names, emails, or identities to evade purchase limits, allocation caps, or prior account terminations.
  • Repeated high-frequency challenge purchases treated as lottery tickets rather than genuine skill tests.

Pay After Passing — maximum deposit load

This rule applies only to Pay After Passing (PAPP) accounts. The maximum permitted deposit load is 5%. Exceeding this limit is a hard breach and results in immediate account failure.

Pay After Passing — minimum trading volume before reward

This rule applies only to Pay After Passing (PAPP) accounts. Before your first reward can be requested, the funded account must have traded a minimum of 10 standard lots in total, accumulated across at least five separate trading days. Volume from trades opened and closed within the same minute, or from positions clearly placed only to inflate lot count, does not count toward this requirement.

The requirement exists so that rewards reflect a repeatable trading process rather than a single fortunate position. Once the 10-lot threshold is met, it does not reset — subsequent rewards follow the standard reward schedule.

Pay After Passing — withdrawal restrictions

This rule applies only to Pay After Passing (PAPP) accounts. Withdrawals are only available on accounts holding a minimum net profit of 5% of the starting balance within the reward month. Accounts below that threshold remain fully active and continue trading; the profit simply carries forward into the next reward cycle until the 5% mark is reached.

Profit is measured on closed positions only. Floating profit on open trades is not counted toward the 5% threshold at the time a reward is assessed.

Pay After Passing — risk tolerance acknowledgement

This acknowledgement applies only to Pay After Passing (PAPP) accounts. By funding and trading a PAPP account, you confirm that you have a high tolerance for risk and that you are not relying on this account for guaranteed, stable, or low-variance returns. You accept that the PAPP structure is built for traders targeting 10% or more per month, and that pursuing this level of return carries a correspondingly elevated probability of breaching drawdown limits and losing the account.

Nothing on this page is a promise, projection, or guarantee of returns. Trading results vary, and the majority of accounts do not reach reward.

Consequences

If an account-rolling pattern is detected and confirmed, MixFunded may:

  • Forfeit pending or prior rewards linked to accounts involved in the pattern.
  • Terminate affected accounts without refund.
  • Restrict future purchases from the associated identities, devices, or payment methods.

How we detect it

Detection relies on a combination of signals, reviewed and interpreted by the risk team before any action is taken:

  • Purchase volume patterns: unusually high numbers of challenges bought in a short period, especially across correlated accounts.
  • IP and device clustering: multiple accounts sharing the same IP address, device fingerprint, browser profile, or hardware identifiers.
  • Trade timing correlation: near-identical entry or exit times, mirrored order flows, or offsetting positions across accounts.
  • Risk behaviour across accounts: simultaneous all-or-nothing sizing, repeated max-risk entries, or identical strategy deployment across many accounts.

What we do before acting

We will always contact you before taking action beyond a soft warning. You will be given a reasonable opportunity to explain the activity. Our goal is to protect fair traders, not to punish normal use of multiple accounts for legitimate strategy diversification.
