What is a consistency rule?
Many firms require that no single day accounts for more than 30% or 50% of your total profit. If you catch a big move on NFP, they might disqualify you for 'lacking consistency'.
Others use 'Lot Size Consistency', where your average trade size must stay within a strict range. This prevents you from scaling up when you see a perfect setup.
The MixFunded philosophy.
- Zero profit consistency rules: Take your profits whenever you find them.
- Zero lot-size consistency: Adapt your size to the market conditions.
- Simple risk management: Just watch your 3% daily and 8% max drawdown.
- No time limits: You don't have to rush to hit a target by a certain date.
