Our refund criteria.
To be eligible for a refund on an evaluation fee, you must submit a request within 14 days of purchase and have ZERO trades on the account. This includes both winning and losing trades.
The activation fee ($150) is only charged once you have successfully passed. This fee is final once the funded account is generated.
Why $5? The low-risk alternative.
