MixFunded vs FundedNext
Two CFD prop firms with similar drawdown maths and similar baseline splits. Where they diverge is the cost of a failed attempt and whether you can independently verify that payouts happen.

Which one fits you
Pick FundedNext if you want a large account immediately, are comfortable paying the fee up front, and want the advertised higher reward-share tiers on bigger programs.
Pick MixFunded if you would rather test the rules before committing money. $5 puts you on a $50,000 Pay After Passing evaluation; the $150 activation fee is due only after you pass. Payouts run every Monday in USDT (TRC-20) and each transfer is published with its transaction ID.
If your strategy produces one outsized day, check the consistency rule on the exact FundedNext program you are buying — MixFunded does not run one on standard programs.
What you pay, and when
FundedNext charges the program fee before you place a trade. The published Stellar 2-Step $100,000 program is $550; smaller sizes cost less, but the payment model is the same in every case.
MixFunded gives you two shapes. Standard evaluations are paid up front and priced from $45 ($10,000) to $299 ($100,000). Pay After Passing charges $5 to start a $50,000 evaluation and defers the $150 activation until after a pass, which caps the cost of a failed attempt at $5.
Targets and drawdown
The two firms are close here. FundedNext's Stellar 2-Step publishes an 8% then 5% target, a 5% daily drawdown measured from the balance at the start of each trading day, and a 10% balance-based maximum.
MixFunded's 2-Step also runs 8% then 5% with 5% daily and 10% maximum. The difference sits in the other programs: Pay After Passing is 10% target with 3% daily and 8% maximum, and Instant Funded has no target with 3% daily and a 6% static maximum.
Payouts you can audit
FundedNext pays bi-weekly through bank transfer, crypto and payment providers, and does not publish a per-payout transaction ledger.
MixFunded settles every Monday in USDT on the TRC-20 network and publishes each payout — date, trader initials, amount and TXID — on a public ledger with an open JSON feed for automated checks. £36,857 has been paid to MixFunded traders since December 2024, and every pound of it is traceable on-chain.
Rules and platforms
Both firms run on MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 with no time limit on the evaluation.
MixFunded allows news trading on every program with no blackout windows, permits expert advisors, and applies no consistency rule on standard programs. FundedNext allows news trading with conditions on some programs and applies a consistency requirement on some programs, so read the specification for the exact account you buy.
