Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you" or "Trader") and Mix Analytics Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom ("MixFunded", "we", "us"). By creating an account, purchasing an evaluation, or otherwise accessing our services, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Nature of the Service

MixFunded provides access to a simulated trading evaluation program using virtual capital in a demo environment. No live brokerage account, real client funds, or real market execution is provided to you. All trading activity you perform on our platform is executed against demo liquidity for educational and evaluation purposes only.

2. Eligibility

• You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.
• You are not resident in, or accessing our services from, a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited by law or sanctions.
• All information you provide is accurate and current.

3. Evaluation Fees & Payments

Evaluation fees are one-time charges granting you access to a specific simulated account size and program configuration. Fees are payable in USDT (TRC-20) unless otherwise stated at checkout and are non-refundable once evaluation credentials have been issued, except where required by applicable consumer-protection law.

4. Trading Rules

Your use of any simulated account is subject to the trading rules published at mixfunded.com/rules, including maximum daily loss, maximum overall drawdown, profit targets, prohibited strategies, and news-trading restrictions. Breaching any rule may result in immediate termination of the affected account without refund.

5. Rewards

Successful traders on funded simulated accounts are eligible for a performance-based reward paid from the simulated profit generated, subject to the applicable profit-split percentage and reward schedule. Rewards are made in USDT and require successful identity verification where required by our compliance policies.

Rewards are calculated from the live balance of the funded account at the time the reward is processed. If the account balance falls to or below the breach threshold before the reward is processed — including between a withdrawal request and the scheduled Monday reward run — no reward is due and any requested amount is forfeited. Submitting a reward request does not freeze the account, guarantee a reward, or lock in the requested amount; trading continues normally until the reward is processed.

Every reward request is subject to a compliance and trade-integrity review before it is approved. We may withhold, reduce, delay, or decline a reward where a review identifies a breach of the Trading Rules, prohibited conduct, incomplete or failed identity verification, an inaccurate or unsupported wallet address, a data or platform error affecting the recorded result, or a legal, sanctions, or anti-money laundering obligation. Where a request is declined we will state the reason in your dashboard, and you may ask us to review that decision by contacting support within 14 days. Approval of one reward does not create an entitlement to any future reward.

Rewards are discretionary performance-based payments made from Mix Analytics Ltd's own funds. They are not client money, not returns on an investment, and not held on trust for you. No reward becomes a debt owed to you until it has passed review and been marked approved.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Exploiting latency, pricing errors, quote stuffing, or simulated-feed arbitrage.
• Copy trading between accounts, group hedging, or coordinated positioning across traders.
• Automated strategies (EAs) that are not disclosed and pre-approved in writing.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or accounts.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, dashboards, analytics, and branding on the MixFunded platform are the property of Mix Analytics Ltd and its licensors and may not be copied, republished, or reverse engineered.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. Nothing on our platform constitutes investment advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to trade any instrument. Trading, even in a simulated environment, carries a high level of risk of loss. Past simulated performance is not indicative of future results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MixFunded's aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or where required by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.
