Mix Analytics Tech LTD ("MixFunded", "we", "us") is the data controller of personal data collected through this website and platform. Our registered address is 33 Charlotte Street, London, W1T 4LG, United Kingdom. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Data We Collect

  • Account data: name, email address, country, password hash.
  • Transaction data: evaluation fees paid, on-chain transaction hashes, USDT wallet addresses you provide for payouts.
  • Trading telemetry: platform login IP, trades executed, equity curve, and rule-compliance metrics on your simulated account.
  • Verification data: where a payout requires KYC, government-issued ID and proof of address.
  • Technical data: device, browser, referring URL, and interaction analytics.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide the evaluation program and process payments and payouts.
  • To enforce our trading rules and detect fraud, abuse, or prohibited strategies.
  • To send transactional emails (credentials, status, payout notifications).
  • To comply with legal, regulatory, and tax obligations.
  • With your consent, to send marketing updates about new programs and promotions.

3. Legal Bases

We process your data under the bases of contract (Article 6(1)(b)), legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)), legitimate interests in operating and securing the platform (Article 6(1)(f)), and consent for marketing (Article 6(1)(a)).

4. Sharing

We share personal data only with vetted processors that support the service (hosting, email delivery, analytics, blockchain analytics for AML screening, and KYC verification). We do not sell personal data.

Where personal data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses with appropriate supplementary measures.

6. Retention

We retain account and transaction records for up to 7 years to comply with UK financial-record obligations, after which data is deleted or anonymised.
